"Very good location, exceptionally clean and well appointed rooms. Bed was very comfortable. Host was very friendly and we really enjoyed the freshly cooked breakfast."

"Ashley house is lovely and well positioned for a great time in Broughty Ferry. Darren was an excellent host with some great stories. Room was very spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. Couldn’t fault anything."

"The location was good for me because I needed to be at Wraysbury Reservoir which is down the road from this Guesthouse. The Guesthouse is about 13 minutes walk from Wraisbury Station and another 12 minutes walk from the station to restaurants and shops (Co-Op). This is in case you don’t have a car available. No electronics in the room. The only thing I have to praise the Guesthouse is the internet speed 628Mbs download and 624Mbs upload."
