"The room was spacious and well laid out. The bathroom was in the main room which was kinda cute. Bed linen and towels of excellent quality. Breakfast food was very good and extensive choice, evening meal was very good and of high quality."

"We were in the milking parlor section which mean the windows looked out to bamboo a few feet away and the carpark behind it. For the price paid was hoping to have a view to go with it ! The one downside and perhaps minor was the approach to charge for a Cappuccino and latte at breakfast. Although Tea and Filter coffee were offered as part of breakfast, to charge an extra 4 quid for a cappuccino felt just a little like an unnecessary upsell for an already high price stay. Took the edge off what overall was a lovely break for us."

"The room was superb. It had a separate lounge area and the bed was huge and comfortable. The room was in a converted agricultural building next to the main manor and its furnishings reflected the agricultural and historical origins of the building. The breakfast was served in the bar and restaurant building opposite the Manor House. The breakfast was individually prepared and cooked to order. Jane, the receptionist, was excellent , sending me directions to make sure I could find the room (as I was arriving late on Sunday night after the staff had left). She also remembered me from my previous stays and had remembered past conversations about my visits and my family! Very good customer service!"

All the staff during breakfast and evening were fantastic, very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The location was perfect and very quiet, exactly what we wanted.
