"Great location - Kensington is lovely and well positioned to access other parts of London. Accommodation was clean and good value for money."
"The option of breakfast wuld have been nice but apprciate as this is university vacation accommodation this may not have been feasible or financially viable."
"Unbeatable location for the Kensington Museums. Modern Student Halls, efficiency adapted for Summer Tourism. Staff were friendly and helpful. An easy-ish walk (10-20 mins.) from South Kensington Tube station, through streets or Museums Tunnel - from which the Reception and Accommodation is well sign-posted The room has all the (UK standard) essentials, and if you're lucky enough (like me) to get a room over-looking Princes Gardens themselves, a very calm and pleasant atmosphere. Decent storage too. There are lots of bars and cafes in the wider area and an on-site Pub and Corner Shop. The local food delivery drivers also seem to know the area well."
"Being Halls a bit of wear and tear is to be expected A few small niggles though: - The window instructions had worn off in my room so moving between settings was trial-and-error - The Kettle/hospitality tray was clearly a summer edition and could only be used if moved over the desk to crowd the curtains/lamp/fan - Being Halls around a Square means reception was in a different building, so although hairdryers and extra pillows may be available I found it too much hassle to go get them"
"Some people have left slightly negative comments regarding it to be a university dormitory accommodation, but I had a really enjoyable stay, in fact the accommodation being part of the famous Imperial College made it more interesting. The staff were very friendly and helpful, room was basic, no TV but very clean, quiet at night, outstanding location, fantastic area of London and you could book car parking. Nice views overlooking park. Good value especially considering it’s one of the best areas of London."

"It was perfectly located. Five minute walk to Hyde Park, fifteen minute tube ride to Notting Hill. The park in front of the building was beautiful. You can buy a reusable coffee to go cup at reception and get free refills. Staff is super friendly."
"Wifi was very bad. Sometimes it would disconnect after less than five minutes. But that's literally the only thing that wasn't perfect."
"Very central. Quiet. Clean. Good price. Good facilities."
"Very basic."
"Basic student accommodation but had great views of the city and in a great location. Clean and secure. Good option for budget accommodation in central London."

"I loved the view I had from my hotel room. Bed was not the best, but I got good sleep in it. Bathroom sink had plenty of space for my products that I had brought with me."
"Not much to complain about, other than other guests forgetting to close the bathroom door while showering to not activate the fire alarm, which happened a couple of times.. And the hotel wifi sucked."
"We didn't realise that breakfast was across the road . The room and location was great but the swimming pool mention was found to be 15 pounds. The restaurant/bar and shop seemed to close very early. The checking in staff were excellent and helpful"
"the swimming pool cost, too many fire alarms"

"I love this hotel. I stayed in the Passport to Pimlico suite it was spacious and very comfortable. I found the reception staff very friendly and helpful and loved the complimentary free drink at the bar which was a nice touch. The hotel is in a great location and near West Ealing station so very near Ealing Broadway for great transport links."

"The breakfast was good. We liked the way that we could choose what we liked and glad you had proper Lincolnshire sausages on the menu as being born in Lincoln and living in Caistor it was being home again."
