"The warm welcome & hospitality of the owners, made to feel very comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. The chocolate biscuits on room refreshment tray was a real treat too."

"In our room it was s bit small but it had everything you needed And was also clean, tea and coffee with some extras like bottle water And a choice of snacks. The breakfast was excellent you had a good choice And John and Julie couldn't do enough for us ,had a couple of drinks at the bar Very friendly crowd inside the place and also really cheap prices ."

"A bespoke non chain hotel. With so many personal touches. Great location. Nothing was too much! Welcome compliments of classic biscuit bars to teas and coffee plus hot coco. And bottled water in the room. Comfy bed. Breakfast made to order upon arrival. Everything clearly explained"

"The staff treated my friends and I with utmost respect. We were booked on the 12 floor which had a gorgeous view. The apartment was clean, tidy and spacious (for London standards). We’d definitely return should we have a need in London again!"
