"It is a great spacious house that is ideal both for a big company and just for 1. It was warm. The kitchen has everything required. The location is very close to the center with all the shops and cafes. The most pleasant part of our stay was the hospitality and the kindness of the hostess. If I come to Kutaisi again, I’ll choose this place to stay for sure."

"We loved our stay for two nights. We found a very beautiful, practical and clean apartment. The owner is welcoming and when we had a problem with the shower she came immediately and fixed it. The place is very close to the center (Bolt is also very cheap here). On the last evening she even brought us a very good khachapuri she made herself. We definitely recommend."

"Host Ana has performed great hospitality when visiting. She gave as a lot useful instruction where to go for dinner or what places we have visit. Appartments were preciselly cleaned and spacious, there were three bathrooms and yard with grilling possibilties (we grilled a superb shashlik one evening). Location is very central, there are many small shops nearby and main market in walking distance."

Comfortable bed furniture, there is a folding sofa in the living room. Air conditioner, TV, kitchen equipped with new technology. in general, everything is provided for the comfort of guests.
