"I lived in this apartment in Tbilisi and would like to share my impressions. I must say right away that I did not find any disadvantages. The lights were often turned off or the electricity supply was lost in many areas, but everything was always present in these apartments. They are very kind, caring and positive owners, always in touch and happy to help in any circumstances. There are all the necessary things for a long stay (sets of towels, dishwashing detergents, a microwave, a washing machine, a stove, a refrigerator, a large TV, a vacuum cleaner, etc.). After a rest here, I can safely recommend this apartment for rent! 10/10"

"Thank you to very nice and helpful lady who helped us reseve the room, she was very attentive. Studio room was comfortable with small kitchen and all the necessary gadgets and accessories, price also good and affordable. good location in city center,"

"Соотношение цены и качества очень хорошее: здесь получаешь ровно столько, за сколько платишь. Ни больше и ни меньше. За эти деньги всё вполне удовлетворяет: удобное расположение, квартира укомплектована нужной техникой, можно комфортно провести несколько дней. Но это не супер-вариант — просто достойное жильё за свои деньги."

"Чистота, особенно на кухне, могла бы быть лучше: иногда лучше выбросить ненужное, чем держать это дома. Если хозяйка уделит больше внимания уборке, будет идеально."

"Хоть комната небольшая,но для пребывания есть всё. Плита, микроволновка, стиральная машина. Есть WiFi. Недалеко (4-6 минут ходьбы) от станции метро Руставели."

"Die Lage war wirklich toll. Sehr sauber. Es war das Stadtzentrum. Es war einfach, auf den Bus zuzugreifen. Es waren viele Geschäfte in der Nähe."

"The guest house is really clean, our room was lovely & the shared bathroom is really big & very clean. George was so helpful throughout our 2 night stay. We had dinner & breakfast & both were amazing, so much food, his mum is a great cook. It's about a 15 to 20 minute walk to town, the town itself is lovely. This is the perfect guest house for a stay in Gori, I highly recommend it."

We were together with my mom, not in a "high season", and the feeling was like we are visiting grandma's countryhouse 💙 Sonia is very hospitable and nice, the breakfasts were different everyday, and actually they were so big, that it was enough both for breakfast and lunch. The apartment has everything you might need for the long vacations — comfortable bathroom, kitchen, living room apart from bedrooms, terrace and so on, and also (that was important for me, as I had to do some work) — very good wi-fi connection. The sea is jn around 20 mins walking. The bus stop to get to Batumi, for instance — 5 mins walking. We were going to Batumi quite often and it was not an exhausting route, 20-30 mins riding."

"Хозяйка очень приятная, доброжелательная, внимательная, ответственная. Без проблем договорились с ней об аренде без предоплаты, из-за того,что из России трудно перевести деньги. Месторасположение от моря недалеко. Рядом с домом магазин, аптека. Дом просторный, всем хватало места. 2 большие террасы, на одной из них мы все вместе кушали за большим столом. Нас было 8 человек, а иногда к нам в гости приходили друзья, и всем хватало места. Парковка для машин рядом с домом. Хозяева жили на 1 этаже, так что машины и вещи всегда были под присмотром. Хороший интернет! На кухне достаточно посуды, есть стиральная машина. Чистая питьевая вода из скважины. Спасибо, хозяевам за радушный приём!"

"Everything, place is super clean, big very approachable from main road. Taxi can come almost to the gate all the times. Host was super communicative and nice. We had good conversations. Beds were super comfy and big. She has one double bed, one single bed in same room. Two other sub spaces had 1 single bed with curtains, perfect for bigger group or family. Kitchen us small, android have sitting area outside . Walking distance from freedom Sq and main area."
