"The location of the hotel was perfect — all the main attractions are within about a 20-minute walking distance. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, always ready to help. The room is not very spacious, but it has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Cleanliness could have been slightly better — there were ants in the room, but they didn’t really bother me, just mentioning it as a fact 😂 Shampoo and some basic amenities were provided, but there were no dental kits. Slippers were available, and there were three towels. Overall, a positive experience — great value for money. The internet works quite well."

"Malkasz was a really nice guy who did everything asked of him and also offers a well-priced airport transfer. I would happily stay there again. But bear in mind that the Google maps directions is sh1t - from. Liberty Square station you are far better off going up Vukol Beridze St, then turning R onto 9 April st opposite the Italian Embassy before heading downhill to Shota Rustaveli Avenue"

"The room was great value for money, clean, warm plus you had conditioner. They left us shampoo, shower gel and slippers, sometimes in a 3 star hotel they wouldn't leave us slippers. The person who met us I think was the owner very kind and helpful. He explained everything to us in a very nice way and on top of that he let us store our things until we left the city completely. I would come back here again 100%."

"Located close to the old town (short walking distance from Liberty square - where is also underground station) Own bathroom, which was spacious and clean + basic toiletries (shower gel and shampoo, towels, single use slippers). The host was super friendly and helpful, gave us some nice tips for local nightlife, restaurants and such. There is an AC. Very nice shared kitchen and laundry which you can use for free. Seating in front of the kitchen outside."

"The room is almost in the basement so a bit dark and damp (tho I have seen much worse, and there wasn't any smell). If there is someone sitting outside it's basically in front of the rooms window, so you 1)hear the noise 2)smell the cigarettes"

"Malkhaz was a very good host. The location of the house is very good. We were able to walk everywhere. There is an iron, washing machine (there is even detergent), air conditioner, kitchen, hair dryer, whatever you want. We left satisfied."
