"It was an amazing place: cleaning happens every day. There were multiple options for breakfast and different dishes. Yes, after two weeks of stay you can get used to it and would like something more but for this purpose there are a lot of different places. The food was pretty tasty and my special thank you for options with a curd. Very kind personnel. Administration sent us a tasty compliment a few times and it was very appreciated (: The room itself is pretty large and there is enough space for two people. Bath and bathroom utilities were pretty clean and comfortable."

We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights during december and we weren’t disappointed. Balcony view was good. We could see the city view along with sea. Location is also excellent."

We tried having dinner for 2nd and 3rd night and we enquired with the reception somewhere around 8pm to 8.30pm and they said restaurant is closed. It could either be due to christmas time or maybe the timings. But we wanted to have dinner in the hotel restaurant itself as it was raining heavily during the christmas days"

"Generally the staff was very helpful. Especially receptionist Luka was utmost helpful, even we booked room with king size bed, he changed it to a room with 2 king size beds without additional charge as we are a family with 3 person. He arranged the breakfast after coordination with restaurant staff for 8 AM instead of 9 AM. His team arranged a free parking slot near the hotel which is a bit challenging in the proximity of the hotel. Breakfast was amazing. Beds were really comfortable. We would like to stay at Hotel Aisi again next time when we visit Batumi another time."

"The room was cleaned exceptionally every day. The view from the room to the black sea was spectacular. I loved the balcony. A special mention to the woman working on reception, with dark hair and glasses. She was extremely kind and even (unprompted) arranged for a packed lunch breakfast to be prepared as I was departing early the next day. Thank you!!"
