Atom Height Apartments

"The location is very good for getting to both Accra and Pram Pram, and it’s especially convenient for bike taxis and trotro (buses), which makes getting around easy. The room is a good size and very light and airy, with lots of windows and a great view of daily local life. The bathroom is also a good size, and the regular cleaning every five days was much appreciated. Overall, a comfortable and well-located place to stay. Anna the young lady who cleaned was an absolute joy. She works incredibly hard in the early morning in the beating sun along with her lovely Aunt. Anna is the sweetest young lady who made me excited to return to the room just to see her welcoming smile. She is a credit to Atom Height Apartments and I hope for every good thing for her future along with her beautiful aunt who helped run the apartments. They always had a smile waiting for me whether i was coming in or going out which meant alot to me being away from my family so long."

"There were frequent Wi-Fi issues which made working from home impossible should a guest need to. This occurred on most days during my month-long stay. There was also no hot water, despite me raising the issue more than once. Almost daily, there were ongoing problems, whether the water was off, the electricity was out, or there were gas issues. Over time, this became quite stressful, as I constantly had to ask what the problem was. The front gate was also often locked at night, making entry difficult, especially when the manager was not awake to respond and let me in. I was given the manager’s personal number and feel if there was first-hand knowledge the water, electric or gas would be turned off, residents should be pre-warned. Would have given higher score if there weren't so many issues with wifi water electric and gas."

"The staffs were very helpful and responds to calls at anytime, kitchen was set with all that I need,the compound was very neat and the apartment is just a minute walk from the main road"

"Customer Service & Staff was a 10/10. Each Guest & Traveler’s Experience will be different. For Me I was Greeted with a Warm Welcome upon Arrival 2 Weeks ago. I Felt at Home. I was Well Taken Care of. Rates are Affordable which is Helpful for Someone Managing alot of Financial Business. I extended my Stay until I move into my Home in Ghana. Nothing in Life is Perfect. So We must Appreciate Kindness & Good People. Highly Recommend for Single Travelers."
