I was very fascinated with this name and what fascinated me more was how all the hotel staff were behaving & acting the zimansky way and providing very friendly & excellent customer care services 👏👏"

"The hotel driver coming to pick up guests from the airport should always carry a sign post of the hotel name so that the guests can quickly identify the person for safety reasons to assure them that they are being picked up by the right person."

"The food was tasty, especially the Jallow rice. Breakfast was sufficient, though in typical African fashion the setup sometimes took a bit of time and occasionally something might be missing — but whenever we asked, we received service. We stayed at the hotel for a week, and I have to praise the friendly and helpful staff. The rooms were kept clean, and the clothes we had sent for laundry came back to our room washed and neatly folded. One evening, when we returned from dinner at a restaurant, the hotel gates were locked and the night guard was apparently elsewhere at that moment. It took a little while before we could get inside. The next morning I suggested they install a doorbell, and by the afternoon a maintenance man was already on-site with the new bell installed. I can tell you that even the heaviest sleeper on night duty will certainly wake up to that bell!"

"Pickup: - pick you up at the terminal, with sign with your name on it - they are reliable (flight was a bit late, he tried to phone me 4 times unsuccessfully, and he still waited) - pickup car/service is much better than the Uber/Bolt Hotel: - clean, modern, safe Staff: - excellent Breakfast: - excellent, large choice that you can order (not buffet) and high quality Area: - it's in a better part of Accra, but hotel location is in a quieter street (which is NOT an advantage in Accra - you cannot walk anywhere) Value for Money (i think rates vary, on my day): - they beat all the other airport hotels, and rate was reasonably placed for hotel of this quality/size in Accra in general"

"Payment: with card payment you will be charged in cedis converted at their rate, which was a few % higher than mid-market rate Dinner: if you want dinner at their restaurant on a later arrival (such as KLM) you might want to check in advance whether they can accommodate. On my arrival I did not actually want dinner, but it also didn't look like it was open."
