"We had a wonderful stay at the apartment! The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, making communication effortless. The apartment is centrally located, very accessible, and comes with parking. It’s comfortable, clean, well-equipped, and made our stay truly enjoyable. Highly recommended!"

"Simple and clean room and super kind staff (the lady who manages the place speaks English) - what else can you wish for at this price? It has a nice homestay vibe and you get a bit of a look into Mayan cultural life. Also it’s ideally situated between the San Juan lancha, town and the road to San Pedro."

"This is the perfect villa to relax with easy access to San Pedro. The host was incredibly helpful, providing recommendations in the local area. The villa is walking distance from a few restaurants and cafes and a short tuk tuk (or 25 min walk) into San Pedro main town. The villa is so well equipped, comfortable and peaceful, with firewood provided so you can enjoy a wine by the outside firepit for the sunset. Highly recommend!"

"Good size, 1 bedroom apartment at the top of town, close to everything. Quiet, safe area, building front door electronic key code, key to own apartment. Helpful owner, communicated all our information in advance via WhatsApp. Very clean. Mixed wifi/internet/network, excellent in kitchen/living room, not so good in bedroom. Sinks on roof for clothes washing, with drying lines (but cheap laundry opposite). 'L' shaped living room/kitchen, good lighting, small bedroom with double bed, wardrobe, bedside units, bedside lamps and small bathroom (electric hot water shower). Extra bunk beds in living room, with 2 arm chairs, table and (3) chairs and kitchen area (2 ring electric hob, microwave, coffee maker, large fridge/freezer, limited pots, pans, cutlery and crockery). Powerpoints throughout. Bin. Generally not too hot or cold. This was always a strong 8, or 9, and not much to do to get it to a 10!"
