"We had a really wonderful time at Hotel Dionisio Inn! It's close to everything you may want to visit in Antigua and the staff was really wonderful, kind, and attentive. Even if the language barrier, they always remembered what we were up to and asked how things were. Whenever we had a question, they were always ready to help out. It's not often that we've met such helpful and nice staff members. The room was clean, comfortable, and so much better than a lot of other places we stayed at on our trip in Guatemala. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely book it again if we ever go back to Antigua."

Everything was perfect, no negative points at all!

"Wonderful to be the only guests staying in the hotel, it felt special to have a chef come in to make our meals, which were very good. We had our dog with us sge was showing in a competition on site, she was welcomed and as we were the only guests she sat in the dining room with us. She was very relaxed and the next day came 1st in her Breed. We will return for another event soon."

Perhaps the bedroom could have been warmer.

"Located in a quiet, idyllic location near the town center, it felt like a little retreat every time we returned home. It’s a spacious house which keeps cool due to the tiling and multiple doors you can open. We didn’t need air con in September. We could close the gates so the dogs couldn’t get in, this allowed the kids to play outside. The three year old was so excited to have swings. After time in the outer islands we really needed to freshen up, so the showers and washing machine were helpful. There was good amounts of drying space, the kitchen was fully functional, and we were given our space to enjoy our holiday."

Tonga is super basic so expectations of any accomodation need to keep this in mind.

Intermittent electricity due to poor infrastructure in Mount Hagen. The room is outside off a veranda so when it rains and the wind blows you might also get wet when going inside to use the toilet. I would have preferred a firmer mattress and slightly larger room.

J'ai apprécié aussi la proposition d'un chauffeur depuis l'aéroport compris dans le tarif. Il y a un super marché à 300m bien pratique."

The views were absolutely beautiful and we could truly enjoy and admire them during our stay. It made the whole experience even more special. Both the dinner and the breakfast were delicious and the overall standard of the hotel was excellent. Everything was very well taken care of and we felt really comfortable throughout our stay. It's hard to escape noise in this part of the world. There was some very loud music playing at local bars at night. We had to kill a lot of mosquitos

On the second day there was a slight smell in the bathroom but nothing too serious , a little plumbing will sort that out !

"absolutely top ', nice and kind is the owner. We were absolutely excited by breakfast - everything was fresh and homemade and we got the stories about all products which were used. We loved it and we will come with pleasure again. We can only recommended. and like a bonus, we can stay with our small dog, what was the first time in the existence of this hotel. Thank you again. "We very spontaneously managed to arrange accommodation in an emergency situation. The landlady was immediately reachable by phone and even came to meet us by car so that we could find the accommodation quickly. She arranged a taxi for us into the city and helped us with the payment, as we no longer had any cash. The landlady was extremely helpful and very accommodating. We also liked the accommodation a lot, especially the view from the balcony."
