"The location was absolutely perfect, and the Suite was exceptionally spacious, even for Hong Kong standards. The staff were also incredibly welcoming and incredibly helpful, making my stay truly pleasant. I highly recommend this place and I will definitely be returning during my next trip."

"I was worried at first because I could not see any reviews on the web. But the rooms were surprisingly bigger than what we usually see on youtube about chungking mansion properties. We booked room for 5 and 4, one of the rooms even has a fridge! Regardless, the whole property has common area so you get to cook if you want, they also hs fridge if your from doesn’t have one. Free hot water and you can even use their microwave! We often ask for fresh bath towel almost everyday, and they always provide them happily. We were assisted by Sunny who was very accommodating. He even let us use one of our booked room prior our checkin time since it’s already available! What a relief because we came from a long travel! Huhuhu. We felt safe and cared for during our stay. He even shared tips on where to buy cheap water bottles and what to explore around tsim sha tsui. Definitely highly recommended! Our stay was super comfy!"

"The family room has heating and a fridge, but they are not mentioned in the info on this site. Should be updated to attract more guests. Heating is important in the winter, and a fridge is always important. Otherwise, everything was fine. Cleaning of floors and emptying of rubbish every day. Definitely better to stay here with children than in a cramped room in Kowloon - plenty of space, much better air and a beach nearby. Not a place for partying - there are rules about not making a noise, especially at night."
