"Great view from nice balcony, all facilities up to scratch, no real issues, lovely deck just outside on the sea which is lovely on a nice day, also a bus to the old town right next to the apartment Overall really good"

"What I would say is, I’m not sure if there’s a different price or listing for the 1st floor, but the sea view element would be lost if you were residing on the 1st floor, would recommend contacting host before to confirm sea view and room number. And also bear in mind the host is just in front of the building, a nice guy but expect a visit and a small inspection during your stay"

"The appartment location was perfect with a fabulous sea view. From our balcony we witnessed some fabulous sunsets. We hired a car from the airport so it was easy for us to travel to the appartment which had parking spaces. It was easy with a car to travel to other areas. We would recommend others do the same especially if unable to walk distances. There is a bus service though we did not need to use it. The host Neven was great. He spent time with us to chat about the best places to visit & dine out at. He followed up & sorted one or 2 snags we came across on day one. Neven showed us some of the bigger appartments which had recently been updated. These were fabulous & would be worth paying extra for."

"The main shower head needs replacing which we made our host aware of and he was ordering a new head but unfortunately not in time for our stay. However the smaller shower worked well so not a major problem."

"The flat was a really good size with plenty of room, lots of bedroom storage, great balcony looking across the sea and comfortable beds. Its location is just 10 minutes on a bus route from the centre of town, it has its own parking and there are restaurants within easy walking distance. It had all the little extras that good properties offer - clothes airer, pegs, ice in the freezer etc. Sea swimming is just a few steps away. Ideal location for anyone wanting to visit Zadar but also tour the area. The balcony and the view are a huge plus point and the flat was a lot bigger than we expected."

"We were a little disappointed with the shower as initially the water dribbled out but once we had cleaned this, it was great. Also the shower curtain is tricky to keep inside the bath. The sofa was not as comfortable as we expected it to be."
