"Really great apartment, lots of bars & restaurants in walking distance and close to the beach. A short bus ride away to the main centre or 5 mins in a taxi (Can get uber which makes it super easy) Apartment was clean, host was nice and apartment was spacious with a good shower."

"Very good location and value for money. 8 minutes walk to the fantastic Borik beach. Good, direct connection to Zadar old town (bus 8). Shop with 7-22 opening hours under the apartment. Very nice and helpful owner who helped us with the airport transfer."

"The apartments are located 6 minutes from the beautiful Borik beach and 8 minutes from the bus stop to the center (about 10 minutes drive). The apartments have air conditioning and a balcony with a great view of the sea and the sunset. The apartments themselves are very spacious. The owners, Chris and Ved, are very attentive to their guests and always ready to help."

"Upon arrival, there were a few basic items missing (frying pan, iron, etc.). But the problem was quickly resolved after contacting the owners. It would have been nice if all the items were already in the room."

"The apartment was huge, with a separate bedroom and a lovely terrace where we enjoyed the views over to the water. Short easy walk to the beachfront - very pleasant to walk along. Supermarket super convenient at street level of the block. Chris, the owner, was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay- wished it was for more than one night!"

"Great place near the sea. 7-8 minutes by feet to the beach. Great view from the terrace, minimarket in the same building, friendly host and a wonderful experience in Zadar. Quite far from the sightseeing places but very close to the sea, so if your main goal is swimming and lying on the beach, this is it!"

"As a part of a flat, we were missing some basic stuff like salt, sugar, oil and washing powder. Also a frying pan would have been very useful. It is not critical, but, to my mind, such little details can make life much easier for all guests. P. S. The bed is very creaky, it is better to sleep on the sofa😁"
