"Lovely place. Near a road, bit surrounded by trees and greens. Loads of birds. Comfy beds and everything we needed in the kitchen and bathroom."
"The tv sometimes had no signal and internet can be a bit of a problem. The hostess was kind enough to help me out though, when I needed it."
"Lovely little cottage, simple and functional inside with everything you need. Lovely wood burner which made it so cosy at night. So much to see and do locally a short drive away. A weekend of rain didn't stop us from having fun. Would definitely come back."
"We didn't have the best weather for our weekend and cottage could get a little cold. Owner kindly dropped us extra blanks which was great and helpful. Also could do with enough supplies to light a fire upon arrival as we arrived late but had to drive back into town to get the fire supplies. Apart from that this place was so perfect and comfortable. Booking.com provided the wrong number for the owner which caused some confusion but the correct owner contacted me thankfully before our visit."
"The location and style of the building was exactly what we wanted. We were researching my partners family history and it felt like the sort of cottage his family would have lived in (although updated to 21st century living!!). These old houses have a few quirks but it was well equipped and very clean. The host was so helpful and introduced us to neighbours who had family connections with my partner so we were able to fill in more of the puzzle."
