"Rahul the manager is very welcoming & helpful. Even before we arrived, he was very responsive and willing to help as I was getting a package delivered to varanassi. When it was delayed, he went out of his way to go to the post office and send it to my new location! The hotel it’s self has well equipped rooms and very good shower. The rooftop with ganga view was peaceful after walking through the streets of varanassi"
