We were so happy that we chose this place — everything is lovely, cozy, and welcoming. It was the perfect stop to rest after such an intense journey, and we truly felt we made the right choice. "Absolutely fantastic stay over winter time - for small work days. Place is warm, cosy, comfortable and that time very affordable. What I loved “small free” breakfast was offered. Coffee tea juice fruits and instant oats too. Made my morning.."

"Wow these beds, duvets and pillows were the comfiest to sleep in. I didn't want to wake up and do things I wanted to lay in bed all day. It's a really cute and clean place to stay! You won't be let down, if I ever came all the way back to Husavik I'd stay here. Host was a wealth of information."

"It’s a historic building and it’s so carefully and beautifully decorated you almost forget about the shared toilets and bathrooms. Which are super clean but it was an issue for us as we didn’t notice upon booking. The owner is super nice and helpful"

"It’s an old building so you can hear everything, the floors are squishy but the owner does mention that you can contact her for any noise complaints."

"Everything 😊 The location was perfect for us on our trip around Iceland and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. The attention to detail was just incredible (earplugs in the bedroom) and the decor was homely. I liked how breakfast was served to the room and unfortunately I couldn’t eat it all as there was so much choice. I will definitely be staying here again but for longer next time 😊"
