"It’s a very nice place, isolated and quiet. The cottage felt like home, the beds were comfy, the kitchen was equipped with all required dishes. The host was very responsive."

"We loved our stay in this cozy wooden cottage! It was perfectly equipped with every comfort and beautifully maintained. The check-in process was quick and easy, making everything stress-free. Its location is ideal, either for visiting Diamond Beach and the surrounding area or, like we did, for breaking up the long Ring Road journey from south to north. A truly charming and convenient place to stay – we highly recommend it!"

"Charming cabin in a remote area. Exactly what we were looking for. There was a bit of driving involved to get there, but we did not mind. Communication with the owners prior to the trip was very good, they made sure we found the cabin easily. The location is close enough for trips to the glacier lagoon, the Golden Circle, Selfoss, Vestmanneyjar island the black beach and Hella, where one can catch the highland busses for day trips into the mountainous areas. Still so much we missed to visit, so we might have to come back. Spacious rooms which are perfect for a family of 4 or 5, very comfortable beds, clean bathroom and kitchen with all necessary supplies. We could not ask for more. There even was an outdoor grill and a jacuzzi, but we did not get the chance to use it (we've been out quite a lot). And nothing beats early morning coffee on the terrace while enjoying the magnificent view and the birds singing <3"
