"The location in terms of getting the water bus to and from the airport was excellent. We only had a 10min walk. We were in a quieter area but within 5 mins we were at the main hub of attractions. Alice, our host was so welcoming, very helpful and great to check in with."

"The hospitality of Alice and Marco. The cleanliness. the fact that Alice when out of her way to organise a surprise for my partner birthday. I loved that our bed was made and bottle of water was refilled everyday :-) We can join our host for breakfast. We really felt at home."

They were very supportive in guiding us around and even let us keep the luggages at the location in the last day (we had a late flight towards home) so we could enjoy our time there. The room was very cosy, and the location is perfect (max 10 minute of San Marco Square)."

"Due to properties in Venice being older, the shower isn't particularly strong & the bathroom fan doesn't work great so we found due to it being damp it had a bit of a funky smell (not that bothered by it though & you must remember you cannot expect new builds in Venice). Also a note - it is on the top floor so there are a number of stairs to climb up that those with impaired mobility or large suitcases might struggle with."
