"Per motivi di lavoro ho prenotato in questa struttura, il personale è a modo, la camera pulita e ordinata, l arredo lineare e accessoriato, per chi sta sempre in giro come me, avere un bel letto comodo, il riscaldamento ben funzionante e un bagno pulito è il top. Leggevo le recensioni precedenti , anch' io ho visto un gattino, ma composto in reception, non mi ha dato nessun tipo di fastidio."

"Ci siamo fermati all’hotel Insteia una notte durante un viaggio verso la Sicilia. La posizione dell’hotel è ottima, vicino all’uscita dall’autostrada. Hotel pet friendly, senza tariffa aggiuntiva per l’animale (eravamo 4 più una cagnolina) 🐾 Abbiamo alloggiato in una camera quadrupla molto spaziosa, pulita, con letti comodi e bagno molto grande. Il personale è gentilissimo e molto disponibile. Abbiamo cenato al ristorante dell’hotel mangiando bene ad un ottimo prezzo. Colazione a buffet molto varia. Davvero ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo."

"We had a very pleasant stay. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, which made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, and the bed was very comfortable — we slept really well. The overall atmosphere was relaxing and quiet, perfect for a short getaway. Great value for money and we would happily stay here again."

"To start with, the location is not only excellent (right in the middle of historical Viterbo, walking distance to most things), but you also have parking inside (and space for normal-sized cars too), which can be a life saver when travelling by car. Nice (and very clean) room, and for a very reasonable price (have been to city accommodations half as good for twice the price). Also provided disposable indoor slippers, which is instantly a +1. Lastly, can mention that the owner also has a nearby restaurant (c. 2min walk), called La Chimera, which I can strongly recommend. I do not normally give 10/10 unless very deserving, i.e. going above and beyond, but this place deserves it."

"The decor was out of this world! Absolutely stunning place to stay, very luxurious at a great price. The particular suite we stayed had a fantastic jacuzzi bathtub which was a highlight. Also the reviews don't lie, the breakfast is quite the feast!"

"Siamo stati accolti con gentilezza e professionalità alla reception. Il Signor Piero è molto simpatico e professionale, ha soddisfatto tutte le nostre richieste. Si mangia benissimo grazie allo cheff. La cena è stata squisita e al mattino abbiamo trovato un'ottima e abbondante colazione. C'è anche la possibilità di avere la colazione salata. I dolci sono preparati dallo cheff e abbiamo anche assaggiato il suo panettone artigianale. La stanza era calda ed accogliente. Infine abbiamo potuto soggiornare tranquillamente con la nostra cagnolina."
