"The hotel is perfectly located in the old town of Padova, all the sights are a short walking distance away, but it is also perfectly quiet, so we could rest. The beds are large and comfortable, the breakfast is good. However the best thing about this hotel is the staff. Alexandrina is a true gem! She recommended amazing places to eat and helped us get reservations, gave us great tips and answered all of our questions. She made our stay in Padua extra special. Thank you so much, Alexandrina!"

"Our trip was absolutely amazing, and the hotel went above and beyond with their service. We felt truly well taken care of from the moment we arrived. The breakfast was fantastic — a great variety to choose from, including eggs, fresh fruits, juices, coffee, tea, croissants, and everything you could possibly want to start your day. The staff were exceptionally helpful and attentive, assisting us with parking, giving great local recommendations, and making sure all our needs were met. It’s rare to experience such genuine hospitality. We can 100% recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!"

"Our room was upgraded to a spacious suite. We were able to leave the hire car to be parked and it was brought back to us on our departure. Location was great so we were able to walk to restaurants, the Cappella Scrovegni and Basilica St Anthony. Breakfast was great - without being asked, they made up a pot of fresh fruit for us without the strawberries that my wife is allergic to - and staff were very helpful."

"The staff were great Alexandrina was very welcoming and helpful as were the other staff we met. The spa facilities were very good and we really enjoyed our two spa sessions: very relaxing. The breakfast buffet was very good. The complimentary fridge was a very nice touch too."

"The hotel is not quite as environmentally conscious as we'd like. So our plastic cups were replaced with new ones every day- a waste of the cup and the plastic bag it came in. And my very good shower cap was also removed , and I really liked it and the ones provided by the hotel were not as good. Again , a little over zealous, on the part of room service. But this is very minor. Overall we thought the hotel was terrific."
