"The real country life experience. The rooster crowing in the morning, the lush greenery, the small turtle and fish pool, and the humble and kind nature of the host and family. The Jamaican breakfast was enjoyable and showcased a variety of homegrown produces and vegetables. Location was in proximity to several attractions and to the adjoining towns,convenience shops, and the gas station. The room and facility were clean."

"It is country life, so there's a little slope/ downhill, which is short distance, but there's a rail which one can hold on to while walking towards the rooms. That's all."

"die Gastgeberin ist herzlich und freundlich! Das Frühstück wurde frisch zubereitet und war super lecker! Das zimmer war sauber und die Lage perfekt!"

"Wie fragten mehrere Personen wo die Unterkunft ist, niemand kannte diese Unterkunft, wir haben auf der Nummer abgerufen und die Gastgeberin hat mit uns einen Treffpunkt vereinbart und uns zu der Unterkunft gebracht. Ein Schild an der Strasse wurde helfen, oder eine Wegbeschreibung bei der Buchung!"

"The area was perfect right in front of the sea. The staff was hospitable. Place was so quite and peaceful."

"The TV needs updating. Maybe change to a TV that has preloaded apps on it."

"Such a cozy stay, the seaview was mesmerising and the sound of the waves was very therapeutic. The Pool was so refreshing, especially with having a morning swim and the sound of music, which the host specially set up for me - Perfect touch!!"

"Staying at Ms Shirnett home was a wonderful experience . It was like I was in my own home as I felt so welcomed. Shirnett keeps the place very clean and she is always in the kitchen cooking. I was never hungry as she always asked me what I wanted to eat. During my stay I never went out often as I was in Jamaica on business and I'm very familiar with the island. When I'm in Jamaica as a sole traveller, I will stay at her home."

"The host Morgan was very professional and helpful. He came to greet us even though he could have just told us how to enter the property using the door code, and showed us around amenities of the apartment. He was easily accessible by phone. The place was clean, very tastefully decorated, and gives a true tropical vibe. The kitchen is very well appointed, with great up-to-date appliances. The bedrooms are cozy, the beds are comfortable. There are laundry facilities, though we did not use them. As a family of 4, we were very comfortable, as the place is spacious with many different spaces for everyone. The wi-fi was really fast, and consistent. The view of the ocean and the property is truly spectacular, and relaxing. Lovely!"

"Not a lot of options for budget conscious travelers in Kingston but Ragamuffin is up to the challenge. I liked my stay. In the 2 days there I was surprised by the cleanness of the place. Big dorm but somehow private bunkeds. Friendly staff. Free refilling water station a bonus. 10 minutes walk to the Bob Marley Museum"

"The apartment (studio) itself was large, very clean (thanks to Sandra), Furniture a bit outdated, dark and chunky, though I myself dont't mind dark furniture, it could do with upgrading. There were several little irritants which could have been avoided, e.g. the large fridge freezer (which we asked for) did not work at first and although the owner of the property arranged for it to be fixed, it never worked properly (warm rather than cold) the entire time we were there. It was very noisy 24/7, although we got used to it during the day at night it was very noticeable. There were one or two other little niggles but the owner soon have those sorted. He was always contactable, very easy to talk to and very accommodating.; and most importantly, easy to get hold of via phone or text. Sandra worked tirelessly to keep the apartment very clean, and was very courteous and friendly, along with good knowledge of the ups and downs of Jamaica."
