Pacha Waterfront Nithi

"The tent was amazing. We enjoyed the lights. Sounds from the river made for peaceful nights. The view of the hills is breathtaking. Not to forget the food - all meals were tasty and fresh. Service was kind and clean. Hiking the hills to get to the waterfall was a highlight for sure. The tour guide knows his stuff. We made wonderful memories here. It was worth every penny."

"There was a lot of confusion when we arrived. We would have appreciated to have someone at the reception to welcome us and show us to our tent. When the resort had many guests on one of the nights, there was no hot shower due to low water levels. Service was slow. Simple orders took longer than expected."

"May be the space between the tent and the bedroom can be covered to stop mosquitos from.coming intro the tents when one is walking into the bathrooms. Otherwise everything else was great."

"Friendly and helpful staff especially Nelly and Mercy. Nelly also speaks English. The sound of the river and the comfortable bed. The home made crisps and the chilled beer. It was litter free, but see comments below. My early breakfast was accommodated. The complementary toiletries were a nice touch. The shower was hot."

"It was what you would expect for price and therefore overall good value for money. There was loud music when I arrived at the bar for a quiet drink. But this was turned off at my request. There were "empties" piled beside the bar and a badly kept area near the entrance to the property. The room by the parking was a messy sight as were the edges of the parking. These could be sharpened up at no or little cost. "Toast" was bread with a little blue band and red jam. More advice on fly fishing locations would be helpful. Though pictured and pretty the Nithi is not productive at this elevation. Apparently you need to go above the falls. More feedback from others on this?"

"The compound at the parking was not v clear as is being used as the grazing area for the Ducks, obviously they not clean. The packed broken items at the packing bay not very appealing"

"Very lovely glamping tent hotel with bar and restaurant.Friendly staff. You sleep in a tent but adjacent to the tent is your private solid wall bathroom with hot water shower and toilet. Next to the site is a stream with a small waterfall and some rapids. Tables and chairs are also located near the stream if you prefer that location to have a drink or a bite. If you love nature and animals this is a good place. Chickens, ducks, geese and turkeys are roaming the site and bar, but be aware (for European or American tourist) that these can also become your freshly prepared dinner. That is also nature."

"I really do not know where to begin on how great the stay was! The luxury tents are spacious, well arranged and the bathrooms very clean in the tent.The amenities provided were more than enough value for money. My key highlight was the treatment by staff so friendly and they went above and beyond. We went for a hike and after the hike they scrubbed our muddy boots and we found our muddy clothes claean & neatly folded neatly on the bed after breakfast. I have traversed the world and stayed at many hotels. I have never seen that happen anywhere in the world. I also appreciate the sustainability and eco friendly efforts. They have tried to recycle and use sustanable energy sources. Some of the walls are made from treated and compressed delmonte cartons. The food is also organically grown in the garden and soo tasty. I almost forgot the sound of the river from the room. I really enjoyed my stay!"
