"This hotel is an excellent value for money for tourist who wish to make it their travel hub in Nairobi while planning different tours. It's in the Westland area, which is very safe and right next to Westgate Shopping Centre, close to another mall (Sarit). The location is perfect; you can walk to many shopping areas and restaurants. The rooms are nice and clean, and the gym is one of the best I have ever seen in a hotel. The staff is invaluable and friendly. The wifi works very well. There is a buffet breakfast available, mainly with Indian dishes, and the food tastes quite good."
"Very minor issue: You should have a basic alarm clock and ironing board with iron available in every room. They have a separate ironing room, but it is better to have an ironing facility available in the hotel room."
