"This is a small hotel located in the city center within easy walking distance from some major tourist attractions. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. Our room was comfortable and well equipped. An excellent, freshly prepared breakfast is served in the pool area. We appreciated being able to relax by the pool after a busy day in a hectic city."

"Done right is a beautiful place to stay. Sami welcomed us like friends. There is a lovely garden around the doms. The first thing you see in the morning are the trees above your head through the small ceiling window. For breakfast, we recommend the eggs benedict! We also had some very nice time around Nesat, at the mangrove, the lagoon, the beaches, even a view point on a mountain nearby. In Nesat we took part of a volleyball match and a treasure hunt. You can plan more than 2 days here!"

"Everything was literally perfect. I am used to stay in 5-stars hotel all around the world and Maison Leab has exceeded my expectations at all levels. The staff is super professional and warm, the swimming pool is spotless and the 2-bedroom apartment was just perfect for my little family! Super modern and convenient, great TV (which is not always the case in other hotels), and having the big fridge and kitchen was a big plus for us. The little attentions at our arrival with fresh young coconuts were more than welcomed especially with Siem Reap being super hot these days. I can only recommend this little oasis paradise to anyone visiting Siem Reap, it’s close to centre while not being too noisy, which was ideal with our toddler. Will definitely stay again whenever I come back to Siem Reap 🤗"

"This was one of the highlights of my one month trip through Cambodia. My host and his lovely family went out of their way to make my stay as memorable as possible far away from all the tourist madness. I also booked a fabulous overnight hike through the jungle with them, which I cannot recommend enough. And when they have guests, the owner can teach the local kids some English, so stay here."

"A magnificent place nestled by the ocean. The western part of the island is much calmer and more tranquil. Internet access is a bit of a problem, but it's a great opportunity to disconnect from the internet. It lives up to its name with a fantastic sunrise. I had read in some reviews that food and drinks were expensive, but the prices are quite reasonable."

"The hotel is located above the local market, just two blocks from the river, making it perfectly situated for exploring the area. The building itself is a beautifully renovated colonial-style property that once served as government offices, adding a unique sense of history and character. The décor is exceptional and truly transports you—it feels like stepping onto the set of a Casablanca film. Alex, the owner, is incredibly friendly and helpful. He went out of his way to assist us in coordinating a tour to see the dolphins and arranging our transfer to Siem Reap, which made our trip seamless and stress-free. With only three rooms in the building, the atmosphere feels intimate and exclusive. Our room featured a large, comfortable bed and was thoughtfully designed, with beautiful decorative touches throughout. We highly recommend it!"

"Clean and comfortable rooms. Helpful staff for arranging transport/tours and a complimentary pick up from the bus station was a nice surprise. Food was ok. Perhaps we have been lucky to stay in some home stays with amazing food elsewhere in Cambodia so by comparison here it was just fine. The centre where there’s plenty of restaurants is just a short tuk tuk ride away. Overall it was an excellent value for money place to stay in Battambang and we would stay again."
