"A beautiful rural setting. It is a bit out of town, but what you get is a chance to enjoy rural Cambodia and it's only a 2 USD tuk tuk ride into town should you want to check out the delights of downtown Kampot (which you definitely should do once in a while, but it is tempting to never leave this hotel!). There is a well-stocked mini mart nearby and the restaurant next door does excellent food at a good price so you don't need to go into town unless you want to. The two guys running the place are helpful - they are German and speak good English which is handy."

Very silence and surrounded by very beautiful nature and mangoes trees :) The staff will help you with anything you ask. I felt there like home. "A great place in a great location. Roomy and quiet, yet only a 2-minute walk to anywhere you need to be in Sanloem. The hosts are super and always at hand to provide all necessary info for arriving/departing the island and great tips for food/drinks at other establishments. They also own the beautiful bar across the way from the house (Bar Bok Bowie), probably the best place to see the sunset in chill mode (3 amazing viewing/relaxing terraces). Have a bite there, a drink, and enjoy nature at its best."

"I hesitated to choose this place because the rating was below 8, but I don’t regret it at all. During my stay, the electricity did not go out, and everything worked well. I can even compliment the good lighting in both the room and the bathroom. I also appreciated the window with a mosquito net, as I like fresh air and didn’t have to worry about mosquitoes. It looks like the room was repainted recently, although the lower parts of the walls are not very aesthetic - probably due to the recent flood. I didn’t eat there, as the food on the street is cheaper."
