"The area it was in was very pretty and peaceful. The hosts were also very kind, and the two people I shared the dorm space with were also very friendly! As the hosts also live there, it had a homely feel."

"You have to pay attention to the bus timetable if you do not have a car. It’s not difficult, but it’s important to know when the bus will come as they do not come frequently! There are detailed bus timetables in every bus stop."

"The owners are nice. The bathroom was clean. Location is okay, close to a 7-11 and a bus stop but the buses don’t pass that often so need to time stuff properly if you don’t have a car. Ideal with a car though."

"The dorm is limited in privacy - it’s 1 double bed and 2 single beds in an open space. It was fine because I was alone but would be interesting with more people."

"It was my first time travelling alone, and I really wanted to visit Namhae. When I arrived the hosts were really welcoming, giving my lots of local information and helping my with the bus timetable. Throughout the week I stayed here, they invited me to eat with them and I felt as if I was a part of the family. They always asked how my day went and what I was up to, along with giving me advice and travel tips and destinations around the area. I would 100% stay again, and I hope to do so in the future. It will remain one of my fondest memories."

"No fault of their own, but getting around Namhae without a car is very difficult. the buses are few and far between but in all honesty, the taxis are relatively cheap and are usually quick to respond. So I don't think i disliked anything about the property, only the local public transport, or lack thereof!"

"The place was beautiful, with an amazing flower garden and a deck with sea view. There was great service, with cleaning everyday and offering to do laundry. The location in the American village is very convenient, close to tourist spots and with convenience store and coffee/restaurant. And we especially enjoyed the massage chair after a day at the beach 😊"

"It is located a little in the middle of nowhere but that made staying here all the better. I had a great time relaxing and unwinding. The owners were wonderful people and offered me an experience I will never forget. Close by is a beautiful temple and mountain for hiking."

"I didn't believe the people who said that you need your own car to get around in Namhae. While there are busses going, It would be more comfortable getting around yourself in a car. The guest house was wonderful though and the owners helped me with the bus schedule."

"What a lovely place in the countryside! Some hiking trails and the seashore are just in a 15-minute walk. The host can speak some English and showed me a useful timetable for local buses. I was lucky enough to make kimchi with this family. What is the rest....... it must be explored by yourself in 3-4 days."

"It is a lovely home located in a quiet neighborhood called American Village. Space for sleeping had a homey vibe with comfortable and wide beds. It was supposed to be a shared space and though there are no physical dividers, there was enough space between beds for privacy. Hosts were welcoming- let me check in as soon as I arrived in the morning, helped me with the bus schedule to Daraengi Village & intercity terminal and briefly walked me through the house. Location is accessible as it is within walking distance to a bus stop and a 7Eleven."

"Not an issue with the property but location is not as close to other destinations on the East part of Namhae."

"Sehr persönliche Unterkunft sehr netten, gewissenhaften Hosts. Sehr schnelle und zuverlässige Kommunikation. Die Unterkunft ist im amerikanischen Viertel. Tempel und wanderrouten liegen nahe. Hinweis: Das Dorm mit 3 sehr großen Betten liegt auf einer Art Empore. Es ist kein abgeschlossenes Zimmer. Das heißt es ist eher ein offenes Wohnkonzept und man bekommt quasi die Privatnutzung der Hosts mit. Das ist Geschmacksache. Für mich hat das gepasst, wer aber mehr Privatsphäre sucht, kann ein anderes Zimmer als das Dorm buchen."

"가족과 편안한 여행이었습니다 큰방에는 더블침대 두개 케리어 보관 장과 화장대가 있고, 넓은 거실에는 안마의자와 벽면 케이블 연결된 TV, 낮은 4인 테이블이 갖춰저 있어요 세면용품까지 모두 비치된 화장실, 싱크대에는 여러종류의 식기까지 부족함 없었던 숙소였습니다 보통 숙소 사진과 현실이 상이한 곳이 많은데… 사진보다 더 훌륭했습니다 두번째날 비가 와서 계획한 바베큐여건이 안되서 아쉬웠는데 야외에서 전기 후라이팬으로 삼겹살도 구워먹었네요 참 사장님께 화투와 빨래건조대도 빌려주셔서 해수욕 후 수영복도 잴 말렸어요 가족여행이라 뭘해도 즐겁지만 좋은 추억되서 더 행복한 여행이었습니다"

"Très bel endroit, nature, calme, grand appart. Fauteuil de massage dans le salon, plutôt agréable. Très gros temple/bouddha à une demi heure à pied au dessus de la guesthouse. 7eleven à 3' à pied."

"Vraiment pas facile sans voiture (comme nous). Les bus ne passent vraiment pas souvent. Gros handicap pour se déplacer. Pas de restaurant dans ce village américain. Juste des pizzas congelées au café d'à côté."
