"A very comfortable and affordable stay in Taraz. Excellent cleanliness and dedicated staff. Kettle, fridge, Aircon, very clean bathroom. Would recommend to anyone looking for a good value place to stay in Taraz."

"Great hotel, a perfectly clean, quiet, and comfortable room, fast Wi-Fi, and kind and helpful staff. Water and various sundry items are available for sale in the hotel. I recommend, and would stay again! (If arriving from Shymkent by marshrutka, it will pass in front of the hotel, so you can exit before the bus station.)"

"The room was very big and really clean and comfortable, the WiFi worked well and the staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast was good at a cost of 800 tenge, i think the hotel represents good value for money"

"Да, нам все понравилрсь! Я бронировала отель на один день, там такая атмосфера и мы решили остались ещё на один день. Отель чистый, персонал выбран отлично, особенно Жамиля. Она вежливая, ответственная, отзывчивая прям молодец! завтрок есть, только за отдельную плату. Комната чистая, пастель свежая, Халат, полотенце, белье чистые, кровать мягкая.. Я как командировочнеый чел. Советую останавится в гостинице "Керуен" по проспекту Жамбыла! Это отличный выбор для отдыха, тишина и покой! Спасибо персоналу!"

Mansur took me on a historical tour of the city. I could visit places that are inaccessible by public transport. I'm really thankful to him. I also learnt a lot about the various cultures in Kazakhstan through them."
