"The welcome each morning from Mr Aiy, the receptionist, was warm and friendly. The housekeepers are equally friendly. The bed was very comfortable. The towels in the bathroom were soft, and they dried very efficiently. While the bathroom was functional, it is showing signs of wear and tear and is not well lit at the wash-hand basin - refitting seems overdue."
