"Amazing place to stay in Kandy away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Just a 20 minute walk into town (though it is steep hill). Wake up to a delicious and filling breakfast of toast, fruit and tea/coffee on the balcony with a view of the mountains from up in the clouds. Can be a little tricky to find, but the host can help if you get lost. (see pictures for where to go). Bed was comfy, shower was hot ...what more can you want?"

"Lots of communication, very friendly and helpful, a warm welcome, a comfortable spacious room with an amazing view. Surprisingly close to the city centre."
"It's not that easy to find. Also because of the recent landslides, you need to be aware walking back after dark. That said it wasn't as bad as I thought it was going to be. I had taken a head torch and used it, so I would recommend using a torch or your phone torch."

"Don't come here looking for an upmarket place but if you want to be out of the town a little, up high with a nice view and sunset from the terrace, in a clean and comfortable room hosted by the friendly and helpful Daham then you may love this as much as we did. About 10 minutes and 500LKR in a tuk tuk, it takes some finding but is no problem once you do. Access is up quite a lot of steep steps but really no problem if you are active. A simple breakfast is delivered on a tray to the terrace. The dogs nearby do bark but it is at the troop of monkeys who come through the trees at different times and if you are very lucky you may be entertained by this while having tea on the terrace. We would definitely stay again."

"Super clean and comfortable rooms. The bed was really comfortable we both had an amazing night's sleep. Beautiful view to wake up to in the morning and lovely breakfast. Not too far in a tuk tuk from the train station. We only stayed one night but we would definitely have stayed more."

"Room was a good size and quite clean. Breakfast was basic but good. Host was amazing, gracious and hospitable. Wouldnt recommend trying to walk up from the main road, it's a big climb. But the views were worth it for us. Beautiful 😍"
