"The place is very quiet and just 8 minutes drive from ella center. The hospitality was great, the breakfast is very generous and everything is very fresh and tasty. The place have such a good vibe and the family running the business is the nicest. For the price point its an amazing option."

"You get what is promised. Lovely family that receives you and tries to accommodate all your wishes in a very tailored way. High value for little money. We (family with five children) stayed three nights including breakfast, and each breakfast we got something different, it was prepared with lots of care, to give us a new experience each time. "I stayed for 2 nights in mid-April. The place is run by a kind and welcoming family. The room was spacious and very clean. Although the location is a bit far from town and requires a tuktuk to get around, it was perfect for me as I could enjoy the peaceful surroundings and beautiful nature of Ella. The restaurant is located upstairs, where I had delicious local food for both breakfast and dinner. What impressed me the most was the owners’ two young sons who seemed in elementary school. They explained everything about the guesthouse and meals in fluent and polite English. They were incredibly cute and amazing!"

"This is the perfect guesthouse for doing hikes in this super beautiful area of Sri Lanka. Devils staircase hike, combined with Ella Lanka and Bambarakanda falls is an amazing one, but also Wangedigala (14th highest mountain of Sri Lanka!) can be easily done without a guide. The hosts will help you as much as they can, and are very friendly. The room is comfortable and spacious. Highly recommend this guesthouse!"
"Standing on the balcony feels like being in a national park. The accommodation is simple but very private and has all one needs. The host was very kind and breakfast was delicious and varied every day. It's a short walk to the city center using the shortcut along the train tracks."
