"The hotel was so beautiful and the location was incredible. The beach is swimmable and great. My family enjoyed themselves so much. The food was also delicious, and the staff were really welcoming. This was my favourite stay for the entire trip!"

"We asked for a triple room and the additional bed was rock hard and very uncomfortable. This needs to be fixed!"

"The Management were fantastic and very flexible allowing us to stay on due to flight cancellations. The Hotel may be dated but the facilities are top notch. Rooms and Pool are spotless."

"Amazing stay....hotel itself is beautiful and intriguing where nature and architecture meet. Any fans of Wes Anderson will love. Service was absolutely excellent and cannot fault. Suite was spacious and very comfortable. Pools fantastic for swimming and relaxing. We stayed for a short beach stay during alot of travelling in Sri Lanka and enjoyed immensely for some R&R. The spa is also a must!"

"I had an excellent stay at Heritance Ahungalla beach resort. The stunning swimming pool overlooking the sea and the sound of the waves made it truly relaxing. The breakfast and dinner buffet at the main restaurant were delicious with plenty of variety. What really stood out was the staff – incredibly attentive, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile to help. The property was spotless throughout, making the whole experience feel both comfortable and special. Highly recommended"

"The views from the hotel are amazing. The infinity swimming pool one of the best I have ever had the pleasure to swim in. We stayed in a very spacious Royal Pavilion Room on the 4th floor with views of the lake and the pool below. The Buddhist temple of the tooth is a 15minute walk down the hill, so an excellent location"

"Topaz Beach Hotel has extraordinary employees, all of them are very kind, nice, always ready to help and advise, specialy the Manager who always takes time for every guest even when she is very bussy. You can feel that she is living for hotel's guests. The food was very good, hotel is clean, the location is top, on the beach, and has also a swimming pool. The beach front is sandy and the waves of the Indian ocean are calm enough in the morning, so you can take a swimm there. The wiev from the hotel to the Indian ocean trhrough the palm trees over the sandy beach is splendid and the sunset is unforgetible."
