"Location couldn't have been better for us- away from the hub, lovely and quiet but still just a short walk to the village centre and surrounded by excellent places to eat. Pool was perfect- we couldn't have wanted more! Having a chef in house was the biggest treat for us!! Breakfast was wonderful everyday and lunches and the 'Hoppers' themed dinner was fab!!"

"The property was incredible. The facilities and grounds were so clean and well kept. The staff went above and beyond for us prior to and during our stay. The chefs food was 10/10- one of the best meals we have had in Sri Lanka. I cannot recommend this place enough!! We will be coming back for sure. Thankyou so much for having us."

"EVERYTHING!!!!!!!!! There was nothing I didn't love about this place. The location is stunning, the views are stunning, the staff are superb (the Villa Manager Kumara is an outstanding host and master chef) Timmy is adorable (and so well behaved), grounds are huge well cared for and full of wildlife, the house, rooms comfy, clean, and contained all necessary amenities needed. It was just paradise. The people who let this property, Eden Villas, are also a very professional company. They were in contact with us during our stay checking that everything was up to spec and that we were happy with everything. My main contact with the Company, Nimali, was outstanding."

"Wow! This property looked stunning in the photos, but it is even better in person. So clean, and comfortable. All of us had beautiful rooms with en-suite bathrooms. The location is amazing. The property has stunning views of the ocean from every room. It’s sits elevated on a hill, so the ocean breezes are wonderful. You feel so secluded, yet there is a gate at the bottom of the property that is steps from restaurants, surfing, all the activities. And the staff, we cannot say enough about how wonderful and accommodating they are. They arranged activities for us (at good competitive prices), and you have a chef on the property with a team who cooks you a beautiful breakfast, and any other meals you want at such a reasonable price. We had so many tasty dinners here. The chef went out of his way to make us a whole fish dinner with prawns, etc. Amazing, delicious meals. Also, we Loved having a pool, we used it daily."

"Het is een geweldige plek. Overtreft alle verwachtingen. Prachtig uitzicht op zee vanuit de grote groene tuin met heerlijke pool, het huis, de slaapkamers, de badkamers, alles was groots en met stijl ingericht. De chef en manager heeft ons bijznder goed verzorgd, wat hebben wij lekker gegeten!!"
