"The owners were extremely friendly and helpful. Plus point: Cute dogs available! Also, we really enjoyed the location which was not directly in Galle but in a quieter, very natural part of the city with monkeys running around the garden and beautiful birds singing all morning."

"From the moment we arrived I was in awe at the beautiful home. We were greeted not only by the friendly faces of our hosts but two very happy excited canine friends! It was extremely heart warming staying here. It felt like home because of how looked after we were. Our hosts were so incredibly kind and generous. We loved it so much we stayed an extra night. Location is great and a 5/10 minute TukTuk drive to Galle Fort. We had a lovely breakfast in the mornings here at Three Shades which we would highly recommend! The entire space from walking in the door to our room itself was spacious, clean and tidy."

"I absolutely loved my stay at Three Shades. The villa is situated in a local neighborhood with shops close by, and around 15 minutes away from Galle Fort and old town by bike. The host family are truly amazing, they were so helpful to assist with everything, even lending me a bike, and their cooking is divine. The room was nice, well-furnished and spacious with A/C, a balcony and a desk. I would absolutely stay here again."

"Nous avons passé 2 nuits dans cette jolie maison d'hôtes. Nous avions 2 chambres au rez-de-chaussée avec salle de bain commune, pouvant ainsi héberger une famille jusqu'à 5 personnes. Les petits déjeuners étaient copieux et très bons. L'hôte possède son propre tuktuk et peut ainsi véhiculer les visiteurs où ils le souhaitent. Il nous a aidé pour organiser notre voyage en bus jusqu'à Ella. Environnement très calme chez un couple adorable."

"Я отдыхал здесь годом ранее. Все осталось на прежнем уровне, что также неплохо) Специально выбирал место вдали от суеты... Очень гостеприимные и отзывчивые хозяева, уютный дом, ухоженная территория. Бесподобные завтраки, наполненные духом Шри-Ланки!) По просьбе хозяйка может приготовить ужин или же предоставить кухню для готовки еды. Очень приемлимые цены за проживание и питание! 🙂"

"Notre séjour à Three Shades a été un vrai plaisir. Les propriétaires sont vraiment adorables, disponibles et très serviables. Ils ont une très jolie maison, qu’ils mettent à disposition. Les chambres sont grandes et vraiment confortables. Nous les remercions encore pour tout."

"La maison est magnifique Les hôtes adorables Les chiens amusants On y mange bien et le rapport qualité prix est excellent ! Le petit déjeuner est le plus copieux que l’on ai mangé au Sri Lanka ! Nos hôtes nous ont fait découvrir pleins de nouveaux fruits provenants de leur jardin. Si vous avez besoin ils ont un tuktuk pour vous déplacer. Si non l’arrêt de bus est à 5min à pied et la plage à 20min à pied."
