"We stayed one night. We had a great experience with the friendly management .If you wanna go to immigration office baththaramulla this is the best spot in walking distance. If you forget your toothpaste and toothbrush just call they will give you a new one 🤩and he didn't even charge me for that. Thank you for your hospitality. I'll definitely go again to enjoy the pool..."
"Bad smell from the kitchen sink but manageable"
"We had the most shocking experience at this House. First of all, you enter the apartment via the main bedroom, so privacy isn’t great. Second, despite the fact that the invoice was in USD, the host and his screaming wife insisted on using their bank’s exchange rate. Unfortunately for them, booking has rules and the payment could be made in USD if no compromise was found on the local currency exchange rate (we use XE.com like everyone else). They proceeded to intimidate us with screamings and saying they would call the police and « security » (in the end WE called the police as we got so scared), and threatened to sequester us, while shouting hysterically. It was extremely upsetting and ruined our stay in Colombo. Mafia ways of an entitled couple with no self-control, probably used to have « their way or the highway » in their mansion."

"Deluxe room is very spacious and exceptionally clean and comfortable. From tissues to kettle everything was available like a five start hotel. Warm welcome from the staff even though we arrived late night around 1.30 am. They made sure we were welcomed and shown everything around. Rooms kept as exactly in the pictures. No difference."
