"Information regarding complexity of location, which is in a pedestrian area, could have been explained more clearly on the website. Navigation to the actual location with a car was a bit tricky since the road ends and there was no street parking available. Also, more detailed information regarding access to the parking garage (which is BEHIND the hotel, on another street) was only available after check-in. Another issue which might be useful for guests with mobility issues: There is an elevator from the main lobby or garage; however, once we reached our floor, there were 4 steps down from the elevator to the landing...and then ten steps up to reach the actual room floor."
