The area in perfect for hiking or mountain biking. Luxembourg City is located 12 km away, and offers attraction like the National Museum of Art and History and the old town with its cafés, bars and restaurants. Resort Direndall does not have its own restaurant, but there are various restaurants available in the surrounding area to discover.

"This family hotel is located in a remote location but easily accessible through a road that passes near by. The owner is very kind and always ready to support. The room was spacious and clean, simple furniture but sufficient for a solo traveler. The breakfast was always fresh and homemade products were available. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time."

"Erg aardige gastvrouw, mooie locatie in de natuur maar wel aan een doorgaande weg. Een ouder hotel, lekker nostalgisch, eenvoudige kamers maar wel schoon en goede bedden, meer heb je niet nodig. Ontbijt was ook goed."

"Ich war anlässlich der Beringen Spiele im Hotel zu Gast – und es war einfach top! Schon beim Ankommen wurde ich von der Gastgeberin herzlich empfangen, ein netter kleiner Smaltalk inklusive. Das Zimmer war makellos sauber, praktisch eingerichtet und bot alles, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht. Das Frühstück war ein echtes Highlight: Die Spiegeleier auf den Punkt zubereitet und die hausgemachte Marmelade von der Oma – einfach himmlisch! Man merkt, mit wie viel Liebe hier gearbeitet wird. Obwohl mein Aufenthalt nur kurz war, hat es sich angefühlt wie ein kleiner Urlaub. Ich komme gerne wieder – absolute Empfehlung"

"Wat een prachtige plek om te verblijven. Het uitzicht gaat geen moment vervelen. Mooi om vanaf het terras de zon op te zien komen. Voor kinderen is de grote tuin heerlijk om in te kunnen spelen. Binnen is meer dan voldoende kastruimte in de slaapkamers, keuken en badkamer. De eigenaren hebben ons vriendelijk ontvangen en ook gedurende het verblijf waren ze goed bereikbaar voor vragen en was het contact prettig. Er lag een map met allerlei praktische informatie over Luxemburg en ideeën voor uitstapjes."
