"The toilet flush failed in one apartment. Very impressed with how Girts responded and dealt with the issue punctually and communicating effectively. Location a little further from the centre than we had realised and the proximity of the works/ground spoil was not attractive, guess it will look great in years to come."

"At first, the 2km distance from central Riga seemed like a drawback. However, once we realised there were nice walks into the centre, how good the public transport is, and that there’s a great local bar on Eksporta Iela, it was clear a bit of distance was a good thing."

"It was a bit tricky to find due to construction in the area. It feels like you're heading to the end of the world but it's actually ok. Some noise from the construction and lots of trucks from the port."
