"The only criticism I had was that as the weather was very snowy, the snow and ice on my boots melted when I took them off on returning to the room at night. It meant I had to mop up the snowmelt every morning. Might be an idea to legislate for this when the weather warrants it"

"I liked nearly everything. Hotel inside is very beautiful, rooms are cozy and spacious. During my stay it was very quiet, there were no noise, but I guess the hotel was not full and my neighbouring rooms were empty. I have asked for an upper floor room and my request was satisfied."
"I have left the message in reception. In my room 405 the water system in shower was blocked. It was impossible for me to take a shower. Water was everywhere in the bathroom, it was like a swimming pool, and it drained too slowly that I was affraid water will go in the room. That's the reason, I can't give maximum points. I think the maintenance of the hotel needs to be improved."
