"That it was in a perfect spot in Monaco and all the personnel was extremely polite and ready to solve all the problems arised."

"The ceiling was licking water as it was heavily raining as I think is really disappointing for a hotel of such caliber. Also they are renovating the place and all renovation were starting from 08:30 in the morning and you were waking up from the noice of the renovation"

"Luxury hotel of the highest quality. Second time staying at this property and once again very impressed with not just the decor but the staff (very friendly, accommodating and sincere) and location. Right next to the famous hairpin bend and behind it view os the sea. Bus stop right outside the property for those not driving with frequent buses all throughout the day. Large, clean and comfortable rooms. Highly recommended A++"

"An absolutely outstanding and professional staff member at the reception desk — Dario — who essentially saved the situation and helped us change our room to the one we had originally requested and wanted. He was very professional, competent, and responsive. I understand that he has been working at the hotel for many years and he certainly deserves the highest praise."

"During check-in we were assisted by a receptionist who did not pay proper attention to our request, even though I mentioned it twice and clearly stated that in my booking request I had asked for a room on the highest possible floor. However, we were given a room on the -1 floor. At the same time, she was laughing while looking at us and talking to her colleague, which made us feel uncomfortable. When we found out that the room was on the -1 floor and did not have the direct sea view that we had specifically requested and booked, we had to ask for a room change, which was eventually arranged for us by Dario at the reception."

"Check-in was excellent, arrived early but they accommodated me without any issues. Staff were very helpful, Luc was great, Matteo (concierge) was so helpful, Cedric and Isabella in the restaurants were super helpful. They made me feel like I was at home."

Short walk to the marina, good restaurants nearby, 10 minute walk from Grimaldi forum, 35 minutes taxi ride from Nice airport. Great having a steam iron and a normal iron in the room! Also option for 1 hour express dry cleaning / pressing."

"Bathroom felt a bit compact for my liking and would prefer a door for toilet area separation. No shaving kit available on default (i did not call and request it though) and don’t think there was any international channels - no English tv channels."
