"The room was very nice and breezy, which was very good considering the outside temperature was over 30 degrees Celsius. It has a fridge and a very nice bathroom, with silky bedsheets, making them super comfortable. Also, the parking of the hotel is super convenient."

I had ordered a simple omelette, yet I was left waiting for approximately 40 minutes—even though the restaurant was completely empty at the time. I had to remind the waiter twice, and when the food finally arrived, it was cold and unappetizing. For a hotel that positions itself as guest-focused, this level of service is unacceptable, especially at first thing in the morning when efficiency and a warm meal are most important. A frustrating start to the day."
