"Beautiful apartment, nicely decorated and clean, equipped with everything you need and useful details such as an umbrella, iron and ironing board, water in the fridge etc. Easy to follow instructions for picking up and leaving keys without waiting for someone. Underground garage in the building. 15 minute walk to the main square."

"The location is an easy and direct walk (20 mins or so) to the river, which also means the main square before the old stone bridge and then the start of the old bazaar. There are a few restauarants near the block (on the main street), including two adjacent restaurants called Fontana, owned by rival brothers! Don't miss the Skopje City Museum, housed in the old train station (which was seriously damaged in the histotic 1963 eathquake) and now dwarfed by the glossy new Diamond Mall. Thanks to the property owner Viktor for all the information in the chat box."

"Access to the building on arrival was a little complicated, with more than one keypad to navigate. Once we got the hang of it, it was easy but I would advise printing out the instructions and photos if you don't have data roaming on your phone."

"Blízko centra, bezproblémový přístup, čisto, očekávané vybavení, 3 restaurace a take away do 300 m. Hostitel na naši žádost poskytl i druhou deku (manžel je vysoký muž a “neumíme” spát pod jednou dekou :-) ."

"The apartment is well equipped for a short or long stay. It is new, everything is in working order and spotless. The bed is very comfortable; the wifi is fast; the location is not in the center of the tourist area but is very close - an easy ten to 15 minute walk. There is easy access to the city public transportation system. There is a four-drawer dresser and a reasonable size closet to store clothing. A small thing that matters to me is the closet has good, sturdy, wooden hangers for clothing! A rare find! I travel to Skopje four or five times a year and have stayed in many different apartments. I will return to Perla Apartment for every future trip it is available!"

"There is nothing to be unhappy about. Even the neighbors were nice; I had help with the elevator when I arrived, and a shot conversation with a resident I met on the stairs."
