"I spent almost two weeks at the camp, and I have to say that without the hosts' help, it would have been quite difficult to get there. I was traveling from Murun to Turt, and to find a car, you need to look for Russian UAZ minibuses near a place called the Black Market (Zakh). You should also be prepared for the journey to take from 10 to 16 hours. It’s a good idea to check the weather forecast when planning your return transfer, as heavy rain can wash out parts of the forest road. There is no boat transfer from Turt to Murun across the lake available. The location of the camp is amazing! There are very few tourists, only locals, with unique nature all around — a perfect place for those who want to slow down and take a break from the hustle and bustle. You can also arrange a horseback trip to the Yellow Lake with the hosts — highly recommended! Special thanks once again to the hosts for their help and hospitality!"
"Not exactly disadvantages, but it's better to know in advance: electricity is available only for about two hours in the evening, and internet access is also limited to that same period. There is no shower, so if you want to wash, you need to order a traditional sauna (banya), which comes at an extra cost. Some of the camp's services felt a bit overpriced — for example, renting a bicycle for 2 hours cost the same as a transfer from Murun to Turt: a 10-hour drive on a forest road by car, priced at 50,000 MNT."
