"We tried 3 different hostels in UB and this one was the best by far. It is cheap (around 7€ per night), very clean, modern, the beds in the dormitory are very good, and most of all, the hosts are super nice. Yuka and her family made us feel really welcome, and Yuka is super funny. After 1 week there it felt like home. I definitely recommend this place !"

"Mongolian Vision Tours is one of the best hostels I've stayed in, and I've traveled to over 40 countries. The facilities are spotless, and the staff cleans daily. The rooms are well-heated, which is lovely when you come from out of town in winter. There's always a hot shower. The Wi-Fi works very well.The beds are super comfortable and clean, and there's a curtain for privacy. There's also a small lamp, a shelf, and a power outlet near each bed, which is perfect for peaceful nights. For New Year's, the staff prepared a delicious buffet that we all ate together with the other guests. It was a great atmosphere of sharing. The staff is attentive to your needs and incredibly caring. They are honest and always respectful. They give practical and honest advice about the tours they offer."

"I highly recommend Mongolia Vision Tours Hostel. The location is excellent—right in the center of Ulaanbaatar, within easy walking distance to Sukhbaatar Square. It’s also conveniently close to several convenience stores like Nice2CU Mart and GS25, and there’s a KFC nearby. The room is comfortable, warm, and very clean the living area, bedroom, and bathroom are all spotless. The hostel looks brand new, as if it’s just been renovated. The Wi-Fi is fast and reliable, and the hostel provides free both hot and cool drinking water. Breakfast is delicious and satisfying! The staff are also incredibly helpful and friendly. On my last day, one of the staff members even gave me a free yogurt as a kind send-off such a thoughtful touch!"

"The day I moved here from China, it was -30 degrees Celsius. I overdid it and immediately came down with a bad flu. Yuka, the owner, was worried about me and even gave me medicine. If it weren't for Yuka, I might not be here today. I originally planned to stay for 4 days, but I was so touched by their kindness and felt at home for 10 days. I'm so grateful. They're like family! Oh, and this place is so clean!"

"Stayed here in a dorm room for 3 nights. 1 . Excellent location very close to the heart of the city. Couple of GS25 and Nice2CU stores within a min or two away. 2. It's a house that's turned into a hostel/private room. Very nicely renovated house with almost new rooms/beds/toilets/shower etc. 3. Excellent wifi connection and 2 small common areas. 4. Beds with curtains, sockets, lights, storage area etc. 5. Microwave, hot/cold water, refridgerator/ coffee/tea available for use. No kitchen. 6. Lovely host, very friendly who also operates tours for groups of all sizes and reqd no of days"

"1. Not having a kitchen was disappointing. No bowls/plates/cutlery for use. 2. It's not really a hostel per se as the host family stay within the property. There are little kids in the living area during the day, pretty adorable and social but if you want to do your remote-work in the common area, it can get noisy at times 3. My dorm bed had a broken light, which wasn't very useful at night but kinda did the job. 4. No lockers as such but the host assured it was all on camera so not to worry. 5. Would've been nice to have tissues/paper towels for use in the common area"
