"We arrived rather late but to our pleasant surprise, got an upgrade. There was amazing amount of space in our suite. Very comfortable bed. Excellent shower and bathroom. High quality amenities provided. The staff were very friendly and helpful. One of the best hotels I have stayed in."

"Very good room size, nice clean decoration and very comfortable beddings. As I know the rooms are recently renovated, overall is quite good, just some small details we can observe that are not quite well finished. Breakfast is generous with lots of variety, good quality and tasty."

"Channels of contact with client don't seem to be synchronized. It took them half an hour to locate our luggages, between the operators (called 3 times but still needed to repeat our issues each time), front-desk and concierge team."
