"I booked this hotel because I also wanted a good breakfast — and they really delivered. It’s not a European-style breakfast, but European guests will definitely find plenty of good options. Most hotels only offer a Chinese-style breakfast, but here the selection changed over three days and everything was good. The staff is very friendly and tries their best to communicate in English — which is not something you find everywhere. The location is excellent: many casinos nearby, and the main bus station with connections to everywhere is only about 500 meters away. We didn’t need any taxis at all; the bus system is great and inexpensive. The room was high quality, quiet, and the bed was very comfortable. Overall, we had a great stay. I can definitely recommend this hotel and will gladly come back."

"We had two large twin beds. Very comfortable and the pillows were excellent! Reception staff very helpful and able to help with transport. Check-in was very smooth. They forgot to charge for a local call made from the room but then called me international to tell me. Appreciated the attention. Room slippers large too. Great for big feet. Normally get stuck in small shoes."

When I checked out they didn't say anything but called my mobile later (international call) to tell me there would be an addtional MOP$3.- charge for the phone use. I'm sure the international call to my mobile cost more than that........ Was that really worth the call?"
