"JANE YOU'RE THE BEST! Jane did the check in for us and she explained us everything, except the shuttle to the city but we discovered next day. We arrived at dinner time and while we placed our bags in the room, Jane called the Portuguese restaurant, made a reservation, called a taxi and organised everything! The following day at night called the taxi for us. She knows everything and is so helpful, kind and polite! The hotel is extremely well located, has a SHUTTLE TO THE CITY CENTRE and it's so cleaned! The room is so cozy and quiet! We loved ittttt! Thank you so much 🙏🙏🙏"

"Lovely room, decorated in an oriental style with a private balcony. Shuttle bus to and from the town centre, but also within walking distance to the lake & nearby cafes. Buffet style breakfast was efficiently organised, with a good variety of foods."

"The rooms views were very nice, they were clean and decent for the price. The location was alright, only one bus really serviced the area, but if you dont mind a walk its a great place. The breakfast food was alright and a nice mix of things!"

"I booked myself a large suite with a balcony, this hotel is very well managed. The speed at which they deal with your requirements is impressive. I needed a Taxi to get to see friends and there were none available at the time- but the hotel staff kindly organised a company limousine to take me instead. Very clean and comfortable room, I highly recommend this hotel."

"wide spaces around the hotel compared to tight spaces in downtown more expensive hotels. Walk to center Ruins St Paul Church 1.6km is manageable. To airport very convenient via the Barra LRT station direct to Airport. Macau bus system is fast frequent and reasonable priced and gets you to all the tourist places conveniently."
