"Heartfelt thanks to Mr. Chris Ching at the check-in counter of W Macau - Studio City because he is so courteous, helpful and professional. He answered our queries with patience and efficiently even if we were the last group of guests before he finished his work for our check in date. Chris tried to arrange a better room to accommodate us first because the two rooms we and our friends reserved would only be available after 6 p.m. which was too late. He offered a bottle of wine for us to celebrate our anniversary. Chris is a germ of W Macau Hotel because he made our stay so special and wonderful. We will come back to stay at W Macau for our future trip in Macau. Thanks to Yankie, the reservation agent of W Macau - Studio City because our request was being attended to promptly. We had the semi-buffet lunch at Hawker Hawker of W Macau. The staff are friendly, the foods are delicious and the price is reasonable."

"W Macau - Studio City should offer some complimentary snacks and drinks in the mini bar. It is not so good as only one box of fresh milk is free of charge for the hotel guests. The Star Tower and the Celebrity Tower are another two hotels that you can choose inside the same site at Studio City. They will offer complementary drinks and snacks to make their hotel guests feel like home."

"We managed to do an early check in and the staff Chris was so helpful , he basically explained us all the facilities and equipments in our room and as soon he realised we came for anniversary, he immediately upgraded us to a much bigger with nicer views , he wins our hearts and we now became a royal member now ! We also had our breakfast there and it was awesome , cuisines that suits every culture, will definitely come back again"

Truly appreciate Chris at the reception on the 29th Dec for his helpfulness and attentiveness, figured that we landed after a red eye flight and tried his best for us even more when he knows that I was feeling very tired and extremely unwell and needed a rest desperately. "The hotel is super.. the location on the main street. If you did not visit Las Vegas pls try at least Macau experience. I did not have time to try the famous Golden wheel."
