"Location is great, just in the middle of the island so it’s easy to reach any point from it. Big rooms, very beautiful courtyard. AC worked perfectly. "Our vacation went totally off the rails when the war in Middle East broke out and we found ourselves stranded on the island together with other guests. With all the flights cancelled "until further notice", Keveli guesthouse was the best place to end up. The way owner (Nashid) handled the situation was something out of this world. He became our crisis manager-in-charge, and we could enjoy our extended vacation. He was very flexible, offered meaningful help and was always putting his guests first - something becoming so rare in our commercialised world. Despite the difficult situation we were in, we feel very fortunate to have got stranded at this beautiful place and have experienced the hospitality and warmth reaching far beyond expectations. We truly felt like a long-awaited family friends, with long conversations, true interest in our well being, meeting all of our needs and offering endless amount of support. Nashid is one of best people I've met for a long time."

"The apartment is self contained and practical. Has gas stove and water filter at the kitchen sink which we appreciate very much. It is stand alone with no one above so no worries about upstairs neighbours. The bed is very comfortable with good quality mattress (easily obtained in Asia but a rarity in Europe). Both the air con and fan are very quiet. The owner is very good at communicating and great with organising excursions for us (we didn't want to go with larges groups and preferred private boat and the owner arranged it for us nicely with a very experienced captain& his crew). The island is beautiful and quiet. Locals are friendly, helpful and calm. Overall we had an excellent holiday there."

What truly sets it apart is the complimentary airport transfer both to and from the hotel, which was seamless, punctual, and incredibly convenient—especially appreciated after a long flight with our little children. This alone added tremendous value to our stay. Equally impressive was the outstanding service from the staff. Every team member we encountered was warm, attentive, and genuinely eager to help. From assisting with logistics to ensuring we were comfortable throughout our stay, their professionalism and kindness made us feel truly welcomed. Clean, well‑maintained, and supported by a fantastic team, it is an excellent choice for travellers looking for comfort, convenience, and heartfelt hospitality at a reasonable price. "We had a schedule change of our Scuba Liveaboard, and needed to find a hotel to stay last minute. Dive Villa One Ocean arranged our boat ride from Kooddoo Island. It was about an hour away by a speed boat from there to Geminafushi. The hotel owner also has a dive center, so we got to book both hotel and dives from the island. All the staff member was professional yet friendly, and it was a very good stay for us. Since the guestroom was a bit distant from the city center, they offered us to use mopeds, and it was very convenient. Since the guesthouse was away from the center, it was very tranquil and we enjoyed our quiest stay. There were a few places to dine out, and Blue Cafe was the best choice for us to serve us local quality food. Overall, we had a wonderful time staying at this guesthouse."
